Dr. Lauricella is the Associate Director of the Center on Media and Human Development at Northwestern University and a Lecturer in the department of Communication Studies.  She is a contributing author to Technology and Digital Media in the Early Years: Tools for Teaching and Learning, Edited by Chip Donohue. Dr. Lauricella shares Teacher Takeaways for early childhood educators with Dr. Donohue, including the importance of being creative with technology integration in the classroom and assessing the pace and processing of the information being presented to young children.
