The PlayScience LabNotes for 1-8-14 highlight Brian Puerling’s book “Teaching in the Digital Age” and link to an interview posted on the Ipad Educators website.  Puerling’s book offers strategies for teachers to effectively use technology in the classroom by providing vignettes from his own teaching experience and those of others while keeping in mind the position statement on the integration of technology in early childhood written by NAEYC and the Fred Rogers Center for Early Learning and Children’s Media.
