Instructional Tech in ECDr. Howard P. Parette Jr and Dr. Craig Blum of Illinois State University provide educators with approaches to using instructional technology in early childhood programs in their book Instructional Technology in Early Childhood: Teaching in the Digital Age.  This book aligns with the 2012 NAEYC and Fred Rogers Center for Early Learning and Children’s Media at Saint Vincent College joint position statement on Technology and Interactive Media and gives a framework for integrates these technologies  to engage children and with and without disabilities in prekindergarten and kindergarten classrooms.
