Our friends at Little eLit have published their last blog post. For the past 2 years, their site has been a crowd-sourced online community, where professional shared promising practices when integrating new media in libraries. Now Little eLit is transforming their site into a collaborative, web-based think tank. You can stay connected to this online community by signing up to its Google group.

The final blog post highlights Little eLit’s contributions to the field that include the ebook Young Children, New Media, and Libraries, results from the Young Children, New Media & Libraries Survey, and its white paper Media Mentorship in Libraries Serving Youth. It also acknowledges key people who have supported their work, such as TEC Center Director Chip Donohue.
