common_sense_media logoParenting Editor Caroline Knorr gives parents tips for creating a healthy media diet at home in the Common Sense Media blog post “3 Simple Rules for a Healthy Media Diet.”  In the post, Caroline explains “A healthy media diet balances three things: what kids do, how much time they spend doing it, and whether their content choices are age-appropriate.”  To help parents take effective action, she gives them suggestions of 3 rules to establish – “use media together; be a role model; keep an eye on the clock.”
